Just another question, as with many golfers, i'm always trying to improve my swing, tweaking it and making slight adjustments (thinking it will actually improve my game, haha). Do i need to have an established swing to do a club fitting and customized clubs?
This is a very common question.
I think it is safe to say that we are all constantly trying to improve our swing, making tweaks and adjustments.
Do you wait untill your swing is “where you want it” or do you address your equipment at this point in time?

The line up remains similar with some subtle changes in loft offerings. The offerings include:

How important is having your new or even existing golf clubs custom fit for your personal and unique swing?
Very important! Every touring pro, golf coach and manufacturer talks about the importance of having properly fitted equipment and it applies even more so to the amateur golfer who doesn't have the skill level to adapt to ill fit equipment.
So how important is it to have a custom club builder - someone you can trust to understand and have the knowledge of how to build your custom fit clubs so the final product is exactly what you were fitted for?

Do you remember that feeling of anticipation, hope and excitement you had when you went to play that first round of golf with the clubs you are currently using?
Are you still excited when you play them today? Why? What's changed? How can I get those initial feelings to return, and last?

- The wedge was initially designed to ‘get you out of the bunkers’. It was a simple design. They all had and still have a low concentration of weight in the sole, with a thin face in the upper portion. What about bounce?

This product review is of the Accra CS1 70 Gram M4 shaft. The shaft was installed in a Titleist 913 D3 8.5* head, gripped with PURE Black Grip. The SureFithosel was set to standard A1 setting and the driver was built to 45" length.
This shaft was first introduced to a small group of Accra dealers back in January at the PGA Merchandise show. At that time the shafts we saw and tested were still a prototype version and the production model. In my opinion they... read more
The Oban Kiyoshi Tour LTD 60 gram in 04 (Stiff Flex) assembled to 45" with a PURE Pro Standard black grip. The head used for this testing was the Callaway Big Bertha Alpha set to 8* “D” setting with the Gravity Core weight installed to promote lower spin.
The colour combinations of the golf shafts and heads I fit to the individual are always secondary to the performance numbers, but when the cosmetics blend nicely such is the case with this combination, it is certainly a nice bonus. The... read more
This product review is of the Callaway Big Bertha Alpha 9*, The head was set to 8* D and the Gravity Core was installed for low spin.
As you know the Callaway BB has been one of the most talked about products for 2014. The shape of the head is very much reminiscent of the original big bertha. The head is very compact looking from the top as it is has a deeper pear shaped profile. This took me a little getting used to coming from my Titleist 913 D3. Although both heads are... read more
