Jeff also spends his time in the off season teaching a course on Club Fitting, Build and Repair at Humber College as part of the Professional Golf Management Program.
Meet Matt Iceton: Lead Club Fitter
Matt and Jeff met In 2000. Matt was a promising and competitive teenage golfer looking for his first set of finely tuned custom equipment. This set Matt on the path to pursue his golfing dream.
During his time at West Liberty University, Matt’s golf performance excelled. He earned Freshman of the Year and later, Player of the Year honors. He won ten tournaments, achieved 1st team all-conference four times, and earned NCAA 1st team all-region honors on four occasions. Matt is one of the greatest players to wear the black and gold at West Liberty University.
Post-University, Matt continued winning events while teaching golf. In 2020, amid discussions about his career and the impact of Covid-19, Jeff invited Matt to join and learn club fitting and building. He embraced the opportunity, developing a passion for improving golfers' skills through equipment and coaching.
