RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Custom Club Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our custom club builds, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-fitted clubs. Each club is built to your exact specifications including shaft type, flex, length, lie angle, grip size, and other custom parameters. All custom orders are considered final sale.
Order Errors
If you receive an order that differs from what you originally purchased (wrong product, incorrect specifications, or damaged items), please contact us immediately. We will arrange to resolve.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 business days of the original order date. Cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and administrative costs. Orders cannot be cancelled once custom club assembly has begun.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of written approval of a refund.
